Deep Water
Aerobics-
A class designed with no impact as well as a
cardiovascular and toning workout. Noodles,
flotation belts, and water dumbbells may be
used.
Shallow Water Work- A low impact water
work that lets you utilize the resistance of the
water to increase flexibility while toning up.
Noodles, flotation belts, and water dumbbells
may be used.
Resistance Water Walking- Use the current
of the lazy river to strengthen and tone up your
muscles while building muscle endurance.
Water Fitness-
Use the entire length of the pool to tone and
strengthen the muscles of the body as well as
