With over 20 different types of fitness classes on a rotating schedule, there is a program for you! From Water Aerobics to Silver Sneakers, Yoga to Dance Fit, whether your goal is to gain strength, stamina, or just feel better in your body, you can reach those goals at the Y.

Personal Training

Available through the Y and our excellent fitness instructors, personal training can significantly increase your exercise returns through customized workouts, accountability, nutritional guidance, and motivational support!

Fitness Classes

These classes are included with all memberships, no advance registration is required. Just show up and join in the fitness fun any time!

  • Focuses on breathing, balance, strength, and flexibility of yoga coupled with the benefits of Pilates. 

    Schedule: Mon / Wed / Fri @ 9am

  • Shallow water aerobics uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activity. Water exercise helps increase energy, stamina, and strength. Participants can use water dumbbells and/or water noodles for extra resistance. 

    Water Aerobics classes are generally available in the morning Monday through Friday.

  • Ageless Athletes

    Class designed for older adults to improve strength, mobility, and balance, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. Focuses on functional movements that translate to daily life, allowing participants to maintain fitness, boost energy, and build community.

    Schedule: Thursdays at 10am

    Silver Sneakers

    A chair-based exercise class offered for all types of exercisers. Focus on coordination, range of motion, and functional exercises for daily activity. 

    Schedule: 11am Mon / Wed / Fri
    Instructors:

  • Box Fit Circuit

    This is a non-stop fight experience that includes boxing and kickboxing intervals, circuit-style. We will use a standing punching bag with fast-flow sequences. Boxing gloves recommended!

    Location: GR2

    Golden Gloves

    No-contact, boxing inspired class that will enhance your quality of life by building strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. This class uses freestanding punching bags; boxing gloves recommended.

  • This is an interval training style class incorporated with strength training, aerobic and functional movement.

    Schedule: Mondays at 4:30pm, Wed & Sat at 9am

  • Rock this cardio jam session inspired by Pound Fit. This class uses drumsticks and a resistance ball. Designed for all fitness levels.

  • Dance Fit

    Sweat and sculpt your body to fun energetic music.

    Mon / Wed @ 5:30pm with Hope

    Zumba

    A high-energy, feel-good dance workout that combines global rhythms with easy-to-follow moves.

    Schedule:
    Tues / Thurs @ 6:30pm with Angela

  • Cycling class that will make your heart pump and your legs work. Cardiovascular endurance and lower body conditioning are the goals for this class! This low impact exercise is perfect for all ages. Great place for health seekers. Bring water!

  • Tai Chi is a gentle, noncompetitive Chinese martial art practiced as a form of "meditation in motion" that combines slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness.

Bootcamp

A 12-week group fitness program with personalized features, designed to help you reach your goals with interval training and weights. The program not only includes guidance from trainers and the benefits of a group of support, the program provides accountability and nutritional advice. There are multiple workout times available, so that regardless of your schedule you have an opportunity to participate. No excuses -- just results!

Fitness Floors

Our facilities include two fitness areas; the functional fitness room with a wide variety of tools, and the Fitness Floor with state of the art workout machines to support your personal fitness journey. 

Aquatics Center

Our indoor aquatics center is open year-round, 6 days a week. It includes a splash pad, lazy river, 5-lane pool, hot tub, and water slide with classes and swim lessons offered as well as daily open swim.

In addition to an elevated indoor walking track open during facility hours, the court is also available regularly for shooting hoops, volleyball, and other athletic games! 

Child Watch

Babysitting services for members while they're onsite working out or participating in a fitness class, for children 8 weeks to 6 years of age. Free for family membership holders, $5 per visit for others.
