What is boot camp?
Boot camp is a 12-week intensive training camp/class that will build strength and routine. For 2026, it starts January 12th!
Participants will learn dedication, intensity in weightlifting, and perseverance.
The program is circuit-based, with a focus on moving weight, instead of high repetitions.
Who is the target audience?
Anyone and everyone looking to build strength, and endurance.
Lifters with a little bit of knowledge and experience already
What is included?
Registration into our fitness system, Trainerize,
A class breaking down nutrition, and how it affects everyday living and lifting.
A 12-week course meant to build strength and endurance.
Accountability and routine.
What are the goals?
To build muscle, endurance, and routine through consistent, daily classes.
To learn the basics on nutrition, for a more complete grasp on wellness.
How is it set up?
Daily classes Mon-Thurs. and Saturday, focused on building strength and muscle.
Saturday is cardio focused, with specific targets to keep you progressing.
Pricing:
$200 members | $250 Non-members; includes everything above for the full 12-weeks
